Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Ad Watcher, an ad-account monitoring service operated by Marciano Marketing ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use Ad Watcher on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Ad Watcher connects to your advertising accounts with read-only access and sends you monitoring insights, digests, and answers about account activity. Ad Watcher never creates, edits, pauses, or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets, or audiences. Insights are automated observations provided for information only — they are not financial, legal, or professional advice, and may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. Verify before acting, especially before confronting your agency or changing spend.
3. Your account and connections
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. By connecting an ad platform you confirm you are authorized to grant read access to those ad accounts. You may disconnect a platform at any time from Settings, which deletes our stored access tokens for it. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the ad platforms you connect (e.g. Meta, Google).
4. Subscriptions and billing
Ad Watcher is sold as a monthly subscription (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Tranzila. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Messaging consent
By adding a WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or email channel you consent to receive monitoring updates there at the cadence you choose. You can pause updates, change cadence, or remove channels at any time in Settings, or reply STOP where supported. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access it by automated means outside the provided interfaces; resell it without our written consent; connect ad accounts you are not authorized to access; or use insights to violate any law or third-party agreement.
7. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, branding, and content we generate, excluding your data. Your advertising data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising losses or decisions made based on insights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for us or others. Upon termination we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product before taking effect.
