Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ad Watcher ("we", "us") is an ad-account monitoring service operated by Marciano Marketing. Ad Watcher connects to your advertising accounts in read-only mode and sends you plain-language updates about what your ad agency is — and isn't — doing. 2. What we collect

• Account information — your email address, phone number, business name, website URL, language, and timezone, provided by you during signup and onboarding.
• Advertising data — campaign, ad set, ad, creative, audience, and performance metrics from the ad platforms you connect (currently Meta and Google Ads), accessed via OAuth with read-only permissions.
• Usage data — basic product analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the service.

We never see or store your ad platform passwords. We never request permission to create, edit, or delete anything in your ad accounts.

3. How we store and protect data

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a dedicated secrets vault, separate from application data. All data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level security so only you (and our processing systems acting on your behalf) can access your records. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

4. How we use your data

We use your data solely to run the service: analyzing your ad performance, generating insights and digests, sending you the updates you asked for, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your advertising data to train models for other customers or share it with any advertiser or agency.

5. Messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email)

We send updates only to channels you explicitly added and verified — this is your opt-in. You can opt out at any time by removing the channel in Settings, pausing updates, or replying STOP (for SMS/WhatsApp where supported). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Transactional messages related to your account (e.g. verification codes, billing notices) may still be sent while you hold an account.

6. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Tranzila. Your full card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on our servers; we retain only the subscription status and a customer reference needed to manage your plan.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with the service providers required to operate Ad Watcher: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), the ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google), payment processors (Stripe, Tranzila), and messaging delivery providers. Each acts under contractual obligations to protect your data.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting a platform deletes its stored tokens immediately. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing meir@marcianomarketing.com — we complete deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR or Israel's Privacy Protection Law) grants you additional rights, we honor those too. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll notify you by email or through the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
